I wasn’t able to confirm the error until I picked up the items and saw the invoice, Ada had clearly written the wrong address, but despite the evidence, she refused to admit any fault.
I had to file a dispute through Alibaba, and while they acknowledged the issue and issued me a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture, Shenzhen Bester Tech refused to contribute, something I didn’t even know was allowed when the seller was clearly at fault.
The $70 refund didn’t come close to covering what I went through, half a day lost, plus costs for taxis, customs duties, and fines.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend Shenzhen Bester Tech Ltd to anyone looking for reliable service or accountability.
